Federico Winer
Argentine photographer Federico Winer has spent over two years creating Ultradistancia, a fascinating series based on Google Earth imagery, which depicts our world in a ultramodern way. While Federico also makes more classical photography, this most recent series shows Federico’s interest in blurring the lines between fine art and traditional photography. His work has been exhibited internationally from Italy and Germany to Thailand and Israel. Additionally, he’s been written up in prominent publications such as The Huffington Post, Gizmodo, Forbes, Vice, and The Atlantic.
Federico is a professor of political philosophy at the University of Buenos Aires, the largest and highest ranking university in Argentina.
