  • Please use the white gloves provided in your welcome kit when handling your artwork, as unframed prints are prone to fingerprints, scratches and dents.
  • We strongly suggest framing your prints in order to protect the art from humidity and heat, in addition to general wear and tear.
  • No problem! If you decide you want to frame your Twyla print contact a Client Relations Specialist at client@twyla.com. They will provide instructions, as well as make any necessary arrangements.
  • Every Twyla artwork is accompanied by an official Certificate of Authenticity (COA) that is signed and numbered by the artist. This certificate can be easily affixed to the reverse side of your Twyla or archived for safe-keeping, depending on your preference!
  • Please keep this COA - it verifies the artwork as a museum-quality Twyla, created exclusively by the artist and limited to the signed edition count. The COA is a widely practiced industry standard, which allows an artist to "sign" an artwork without compromising the work's artistic composition or hand-signing the reverse of a print, where the signature is not visible due to framing.
  • At Twyla, it's not our style to talk about art like an investment or an asset. We advocate that you buy art that you love because it is the only sure way to never be disappointed by your purchase.
