Jean-Claude Goldberg moved to New York City in his 20s after an early life in France affected by the Holocaust and a rewarding education at the School of Fine Arts in Paris. Drawing inspiration from his commercial career as a photographer and his personal collection of photographs, Goldberg paints specific and referential narratives and focuses on the human experience.
